The main strategy that Todd Lubar employs in his business is building a culture of trust in his organization; this is his key ingredient to success. He has developed all his software because he believes that it is important for the systems put in place in the industry to be a representation of the work ideologies of the owner. His advice to real estate entrepreneurs is that the house finding space is not yet dominated and that there is an opportunity to dominate the industry.
