Whenever professionals and experts broach the topic of investment success in the investment and real estate field, Adam Milstein’s name does not fail to come up. Apart from working at Hager Pacific Properties as the managing partner, Adam is also a real estate investor, community leader, and an active philanthropist.
In 1971, Adam joined the IDF, and during his time there, he offered excellent service to the country. Adam Milstein graduated from Technion- the Israel Institute of Technology in 1978, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business. After his graduation, Adam moved to the U.S to pursue an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
In his early career days, Adam Milstein noticed that the potential recruiters at the campus were giving employment offers that did not equate his level of knowledge and experience. This prompted his decision to embark on his career as a commercial real estate broker. Adam devoted the three years he worked as a broker to gaining sufficient skills that would facilitate his move to becoming a real estate investor.
Adam’s greatest asset is the ability to be consistent, persistent, and implement proper follow-up methods. These values, coupled with making the right decisions and choices, have propelled him to success. He believes that the success of an idea is largely dependent on the level of hard work, patience, and consistency that is put into it. Adam reiterated the importance of focusing wholly on a project.
In 2000, Adam and his spouse launched the Adam and Gila Milstein Foundation. The aim of the foundation is to sponsor young professionals in rekindling their pride in Jewish roots by arming them with factual information on their culture. Over his entire career, Adam Milstein has seen that philanthropy is fruitful to adding more interest and satisfaction to his daily job.
Adam Milstein sits on the Boards of organizations such as StandWithUs, Jewish Funders Network, Israel on Campus Coalition, Hasbara Fellowships, and the Los Angeles Board of Birthright Israel. Adam is also the Co-founder and National Chairman of one of the thriving Jewish based organizations in the US.
